黄炜，哈佛大学经济学博士，现为新加坡国立大学校长特聘助理教授，江西“双千”计划引进博士，江西财经大学产业经济研究院讲座教授。研究领域为公共经济学、劳动经济学和健康经济学，其研究成果发表在Review of Economic and Statistics, Journal of Labor Economics, American Economic Journal: Applied Economics, Nature, Journal of Economic Perspectives等国际顶级期刊。
