On the morning of November 18, Gui Hefa, dean of Finance College, and Wang Qi, Secretary of the Party Committee of Finance College, led some members of the leadership team and heads of relevant departments to the head office of Jiangxi Bank to conduct research. Subsequently, the two sides of the forum combined with their own work practice, around the banking industry 's demand for financial personnel training, practice base construction, industry part-time mentor cooperation model, financial technology personnel training and digital financial laboratory cooperation prospects, bank personnel training at all levels, incumbent personnel degree promotion and other topics in-depth exchanges.
