一、基本情况

唐京华，江西财经大学金融学院讲师，硕士生导师，博士生导师助理，澳大利亚卧龙岗大学金融学博士，主要从事公司金融、公司治理、企业创新、以及资本市场的发展与金融创新等相关领域的实证研究，在《Journal of Corporate Finance》、《China Economic Review》和《Accounting and Finance》等SSCI期刊上发表多篇文章。
